I cannot see some characters

To display both Chinese and English correctly, this site is built using Unicode. In most cases, your browser detects the encoding automatically. If it fails, you need to set it up. In Firefox, please locate menu View >> Character Encoding, and select item Unicode (UTF-8).

If Unicode (UTF-8) is not there, you can select Customize List….

In Customize Character Encoding window, you need to find Unicode (UTF-8) in the left Available Character Encoding column, and add it to Active Character Encodings.

In IE, the operation is similar with that with Firefox. You need to select Unicode (UTF-8) as your encoding. Besides, it is always a good idea to select Auto-Select.
